Elgin, Linkwood, Miltonduff, Pluscarden, Birnie, Fogwatt, Longmorn and
surrounding areas. It brings together representatives from local
community organisations and local residents to tackle issues, which have

The Youth
Voice
The Youth Voice enables young people aged
12-25 to discuss common concerns and ways of improving the quality of life
in their area.
It is supported by the Local Community and
Learning Development Worker (Youth) and provides representatives to the
Moray-wide Youth Council.
The Local Community Learning and
Development Worker (Youth) for the Elgin Area is Amy Cheer. Amy can
