Achieving a Healthy and Caring Community

improvement services, community care and social work. The body responsible for
addressing these issues is the Moray Health and Social Care Partnership. The
current Chair of the Partnership is Barbara Bruce and the lead officer is
Elaine Brown, Planning Manager, NHS Grampian.
