Purpose |

 | To develop a coherent lifelong learning
framework for Moray, which seeks to bring about greater levels of
access, inclusion and attainment. |
| To bring about a change in attitudes
towards learning, which will lead to more members of our community
wishing to participate in learning activities. |
| To pursue opportunities for more
complementary in what is provided, thus avoiding unnecessary or
unplanned competition. |
| To identify, share and encourage good
practice in learning among the agencies involved in lifelong learning. |
| To seek to attract new resources in
furtherance of the Forum's activities.
