Role
The role of the Community Engagement Group is to demonstrate best practice through reinforcement of the Community Engagement Strategy and to play an enabling and supporting role in the partnership through Community Engagement activities.
Remit
The remit of the Group is to deliver and implement the Community Engagement Strategy and also the aligned priorities and outcomes which form the three main areas of work for the group, namely Develop a Community Engagement Directory, Hold two Community Engagement seminars per year & Develop a pilot project in South Lesmurdie as highlighted in the Better Community Engagement (BCE) project report.
