The Joint Community Councils of Moray

The Joint Community Councils of Moray comprises representatives of all the Community Councils in Moray.  It meets quarterly and discusses issues of common concern to all Community Councils.  Further information is available at www.moray.gov.uk (external link)

Moray Tenants' Core Group

The Moray Tenants' Core Group is an umbrella organisation, which brings together Moray Council's 6 Tenants' Forums.  It aims to strengthen the local Forums by sharing and exchanging information, making shared responses to consultation and, at times, campaigning together.  Further information is available at www.moraytenantscoregroup.co.uk  (external link)

Moray Federation of Community Halls and Associations

The Moray Federation is an umbrella organisation, which brings together and supports the 48 village halls and community associations in Moray.  Further information is available at www.morayvillagehalls.org.uk (external link)

 

Patient Participation Forum

The Patient Participation Forum is a statutory body, which comprised 40/50 representatives of health/community care related groups within Moray.  The Forum meets regularly to comment on issues pertaining to health and community care in Moray.

Equality Forum

The main remit of the Equality Forum is:

  • ensure all equality groups are able to provide feedback to the Partnership on service provision.
  • ensure that an equality perspective is considered when developing policy, strategy and service
  • act as an advisory and consultative body to the partners.
