Seeking the views of local people about issues
affecting the quality of life in Moray.
A representative sample of over 1200 people
was recruited in 2004 to serve on the Panel and provide their opinion,
mainly via questionnaires. There are currently 973 Panel
members. To date, 16 consultations have been
conducted using the Citizens' Panel. While the majority of these have
been questionnaire-based surveys, some of the more recent consultations have
also used focus groups to gather further detailed information through
discussion.
