committed to partnership working and continually look for
opportunities to work more closely with partner organisations to
detect, prevent and reduce crime and enhance community well being.
This Partnership enables the partners
to work together to alleviate crime and anti-social behaviour in
retail premises within Elgin and provide a framework for action.
