School Catchment Area Consultation

Statutory Consultation for School Catchment Area Amendments

Moray Council is proposing to vary the catchment areas of Bishopmill, Lhanbryde, Linkwood, Seafield and West End Primary Schools, Elgin Academy, Elgin High School and Milne’s High School.

Moray Council has published a proposal paper on this consultation. This can be accessed by following the links at: www.moray.gov.uk/rezoning

The Proposal Paper may be obtained from any of the affected schools or from Moray Council Access Point, High Street, Elgin, IV30 1BX.


A period of statutory consultation commences on 21 November 2016 and ends at 5:00 pm on 20 January 2017.

Public Meeting
A public consultation meeting will be held on Wednesday 30 November 2016 Elgin Town Hall (Supper Room) 7:00 pm-8:30 pm.
