The Programme Managers meet on a regular basis to ensure joined-up working across the three Programme Groups delivering to the Moray Economic Partnership. The Group is made up of the Programme Managers of each of the three groups:
Jim Grant, the Moray Council and Steven Hutcheon, HIE – Development and Inward Investment
Stephen Cooper, the Moray Council – Transportation Group
Andrew Anderson, HIE – Tourism and Culture Group
